HelpHub guide
How HelpHub reputation works
Reputation is shown as a trust score out of 100. It blends reviews, reliability, recent activity, verification, and admin signals to help neighbours choose safely.
Short answer: recent, reliable completions matter most. Reviews are
smoothed to reduce swings, repeat reviews count less, and late cancellations or
no-shows lower your score.

Reliability signals

Recency and verification
- Recent activity earns a small bonus (7, 30, and 90 day windows).
- Verified email adds a small boost.
- Verified phone, when available, adds a little more.
Admin signals and confidence
- Resolved reports can reduce the score for up to 180 days.
- Confidence is based on completed tasks: Low under 3, Medium under 10, High at 10+.
- Scores stabilize as you complete more tasks.
