How reviews are protected
Reviews build trust for both posters and helpers. We protect the process so feedback is honest, fair, and less vulnerable to retaliation.
Short answer: reviews are two-way and stay private until both sides submit,
or 7 days pass after completion.

When you can review
- Only completed tasks can be reviewed.
- Both sides can leave one review per task.
- Reviews are tied to the task and the people involved.
How the reveal works
- If only one side submits, the review reveals 7 days after completion.
- If both sides submit, both reviews reveal immediately.
- No one can see the other review before it is revealed.
What gets moderated
- Harassment, threats, or personal information.
- Spam or irrelevant content.
- False claims backed by reports or evidence.
You can report a user or a task if something looks wrong.
How to leave a helpful review
- Be specific about what went well or what did not.
- Focus on the work, communication, and reliability.
- Keep it respectful and factual.
